These Affiliate Terms of Service ("Agreement") govern your participation in the Manifesther Digital Marketing Affiliate Program ("the Program"). By submitting an application to join or by accessing your affiliate dashboard, you ("Affiliate," "you," or "your") agree to be bound by these terms.

Manifesther Digital Marketing ("the Company," "we," "us," or "our") operates the Program for the promotion of its digital product, Content Creation Made Easy.

1. PROGRAM OVERVIEW & ELIGIBILITY

The Program allows you to earn commissions by referring customers to Content Creation Made Easy using your unique affiliate link.

Eligibility: The Program is open to individuals who are at least 18 years of age. We reserve the right to approve or reject any application at our sole discretion.

2. COMMISSION STRUCTURE & PAYMENT

Commission Rate: You will earn a commission of 75% on the full purchase price of Content Creation Made Easy sold through your unique affiliate link.

Qualifying Sale: A "sale" is counted only when a customer clicks your unique tracking link and completes a purchase during the same browsing session. Refunds, chargebacks, or fraudulent orders are not eligible for commission.

Payment Schedule: Commissions are paid monthly, approximately 30 days after the end of the month in which the sale occurred. A minimum payable balance of $50 is required to issue payment.

Payment Method: Payments will be made via Stripe. You are responsible for ensuring your payment details in the affiliate dashboard are accurate and up to date.

Taxes: You are solely responsible for reporting and paying any income taxes owed in your jurisdiction on commissions earned.

3. AFFILIATE OBLIGATIONS & APPROVED MARKETING

As an Affiliate, you agree to:

Use Approved Materials: Use only the promotional links, graphics, and copy text provided within your affiliate dashboard or explicitly approved by us in writing.

Disclose Your Relationship: Clearly and conspicuously disclose your affiliate relationship on any website, social media post, email, or other promotional channel. A proper disclosure is: "Disclosure: I am an affiliate for Content Creation Made Easy. I may earn a commission if you purchase through my links."

Comply with Laws: Adhere to all applicable laws and regulations in your marketing, including but not limited to the FTC Endorsement Guidelines, CAN-SPAM Act (for email), and GDPR/CCPA (for data privacy).

Maintain a Professional Reputation: Represent our brand and products honestly and professionally. You must not make false claims about guaranteed results or earnings from the product.

4. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination from the Program and forfeiture of all unpaid commissions:

Misleading Claims: Making false, misleading, or unsubstantiated claims about the product, including guaranteeing specific earnings, results, or financial outcomes.

Incentivized Clicks: Using paid advertising, incentivized clicks, coupon/deal sites, or any method that generates artificial or low-quality traffic.

Self-Referrals: Purchasing the product through your own affiliate links.

Brand Misrepresentation: Impersonating Manifesther Digital Marketing, using our trademarks/brand name in paid ads (e.g., Google Ads), or registering domains containing our brand names.

Spam: Sending unsolicited commercial emails (spam) or engaging in any harassing marketing practices.

Promotion on Restricted Platforms: Promoting the product on any site that features adult content, promotes violence, discrimination, or illegal activities.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

We grant you a non-exclusive, revocable license to use the marketing materials we provide solely for the purpose of promoting Content Creation Made Easy under this Agreement. All trademarks, logos, and product content remain our sole property.

6. TERM & TERMINATION

Term: This Agreement begins upon your acceptance and continues until terminated.

Termination by You: You may terminate this Agreement at any time by removing all affiliate links and notifying us.

Termination by Us: We may terminate this Agreement at any time, with or without cause, by providing you with written notice. We reserve the right to terminate immediately for any breach of Sections 3 or 4 (Prohibited Activities).

Effect of Termination: Upon termination, you must immediately cease all use of affiliate links and marketing materials. You will be paid all eligible commissions earned prior to the termination date, provided they are not subject to a refund period.

7. DISCLAIMERS & LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

No Warranties: The Program and affiliate tools are provided "as is." We make no warranties regarding potential earnings or the uninterrupted operation of the tracking system.

Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation in the Program. Our total liability will not exceed the total commissions paid to you in the six (6) months prior to the event giving rise to the claim.

8. GENERAL PROVISIONS

Modifications: We may modify these terms at any time. Your continued participation in the Program after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

Independent Contractor: You are an independent contractor. This Agreement does not create an employment, partnership, or joint venture relationship.

Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia.
