How It Works

Once you’ve submitted your answers via the DWA form (linked inside the course), allow 2–3 business days for approval. Check your inbox for access instructions - be sure to follow them carefully.

You’ll find your done-for-you guides inside a PDF linked in your welcome email. These contain the editable templates for your visuals, emails, and product listings.

Before you book your 1:1: Please go through as much of the course as possible so we can use your call efficiently to cover questions and review your account.

I generally suggest 4-6 weeks post purchase to allow enough time to go through the course and to post at least a few weeks of content on your account so that I am able to complete your audit.

However, the timeline is up to you and your time constraints! If you prefer a later session to make the most of your audit you are welcome to book the session then.

How It Works

Once you've submitted your receipt and the DWA form, allow 2–3 business days for access approval. Inside your welcome email, you’ll find the Website Design & Direction PDF and checklist.

Please complete this before your website onboarding call, where we’ll confirm the pages, visuals, branding, and copy direction before the build begins.

Your 6-month mentoring starts from your first 1:1 call. Once we’ve had your onboarding session and I have everything I need from you, I’ll begin the website build.

What I Need From You (for Package 3 website builds)

To ensure a smooth process, please prepare the following before our onboarding call:

• Website Direction Checklist
• Pages you'd like built (most common for beginners: Home, About, Contact, Shop, FAQ, Blog, Landing Page) - I’ll help you choose what’s best if you're unsure.
• Brand logo(s) - if using one of my Canva branding boards, please send me the template link directly so I can download them. Otherwise, please send PNG or SVG files via Google Drive.
• Brand colours & fonts (If you complete the "Style Guide" in my Branding Boards, please send this through as it contains all of your branding specifics.
• Any specific images you want used (your own or stock) - Google Drive folder link or Canva template links.
• Product information, including links & files. This is for both your product pages and email marketing.
